Jessica Meyer has been working to improve the lives of those living with diet restrictions ever since her Celiac Disease diagnosis. In 2009, she began writing a food blog titled ATX Gluten-Free. Since then, her blog has gained national exposure and featured as a Zagat featured blog, as well as mentioned in numerous online and print publications
such as: Austin Chronicle, Austin American Statesman, Food Network Healthy Eats Blog and more.
Meyer first conceived of Locate Special Diet (available for download in iTunes and Google Play) as a solution to her own special diet travel needs.
Entrepreneurship is second nature to Jessica, who comes from a long-line of seasoned entrepreneurs. She has also co-founded an online private community for those with health conditions – called Careio.
Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science from Baylor University, as well as a Master of Science in Human Nutrition degree from University of Bridgeport. Meyer currently lives in Austin, Texas.
