Mr. Chi is a seasoned financial professional with over 24 years of diversified experience in corporate/investment banking, venture capital and private equity. He started as a civil servant with the former State Planning Commission and achieved the rank of Deputy Chief of the Energy Division before joining China Development Bank (CDB). During
his career with CDB, he held positions as Division Chief and later Deputy Director-General of the Comprehensive & Planning Department, President of the Chongqing Branch, Director-General of the Investment Banking Department. He also
served as the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Suzhou Venture Capital Fund of Funds and Vice Chairman of the Sino-Swiss Partnership Fund.
