Jim is responsible for leading Asurion's supply chain management operations.
Prior to this role, Jim led the program management teams for Asurion’s handset insurance, warranty management, roadside assistance businesses.
Before joining Asurion in 2002, Jim worked at DigitalThink, McKinsey and Co. and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear
Submarine Officer.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Philosophy from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University.
