Jim Thomas is the Co-Founder of Espire Opportunity Zone Fund. He has been a Licensed Commercial / Residential General Contractor for the past 20 years and brings a unique and vast experience that is ideally suited for the construction of the Espire Sports complex.
Jim is well-qualified to manage the construction, timing, cost-control measures
and overall quality of build and continued maintenance.
Jim also spent 20 years in Las Vegas managing major theater productions and understands the importance of all the spokes working perfectly in conjunction for the wheel to operate at its peak levels.
Jim is also a highly ranked (over 50 division) athlete within the sport of pickleball, and his son, Owen, is highly ranked in his age division as well.
Jim and his wife Lynne have two children and are active members of Heights Church and Prescott City Government.
