Joann Eisenhart for election to the board at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on February 18, 2015. Dr. Eisenhart is Senior Vice President-Human Resources, Facilities and Philanthropy at Northwestern Mutual, a financial services and insurance provider. She was Senior Vice President-Human Resources, Worldwide Manager and Operational Support
at Pfizer Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company, from 2008 until 2011. Prior to joining Pfizer in 2001, Dr. Eisenhart held various leadership positions at Rohm & Haas Company, a specialty chemical company, including Human Resources Director and Senior Research Scientist. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Chemistry and the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross of Southeastern Wisconsin.

Dr. Eisenhart earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; she also earned both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.
