Tibbetts brings 40 years of technology company finance and operations experience—including 20 years as a CFO and another 20 in public accounting—to Carbon Black. Currently, he is senior vice president and CFO of Sapient, the digital platform of Publicis Groupe.
Tibbetts spent 20 years at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP) as
audit partner and chairman of the firm’s Software Services Group.
Prior to Sapient, he was senior vice president and CFO of Novell, Inc. Tibbetts also served as administrative general partner at Charles Rivers Ventures and was CFO at Lightbridge, Inc. and SeaChange International, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire.
