Mr. Fleishman, a director of the Company since January 1999, has been Professor of Law and Public Policy at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University since 1971 and the Director of the Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center for Ethics, Public Policy and the Professions at Duke University since 1991. He is also the Director of the Center for
Strategic Philanthropy and Civil Society. He is a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Public Service, on which he continues to serve. Mr. Fleishman also served on the boards of Boston Scientific Corporation and the Urban Institute, including serving as Chairman of the Urban Institute’s Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2014. He continues to serve as a Life Trustee of the Urban Institute.
