John R. Bradford, III, is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO. He is a professional property manager with a demonstrated history of solving business problems for the property management industry and is experienced in both local and state government. He is the founder of two different companies, Park Avenue Properties and PetScreening, which were
both started from the ground-up.
PetScreening has been nationally recognized three years in a row as one of the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States. John was elected 4 terms to the NC House of Representatives and was responsible for passing most of North Carolina's property rights and Tenant-Landlord related legislation.
John graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Engineering and he obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Memphis. John is married with 4 children and a dog and cat. In his spare time, he likes to fish, camp and travel with his family.
