John Kehriotis is the President and founder of JMK Investments, Inc. With over thirty years of real estate experience, John has been involved in the brokerage of over one billion dollars in real estate sale and lease transactions, spanning the residential, office, apartment, retail and R&D sectors. John currently owns, operates or manages over
2,000 apartment units in the Bay Area and Sacramento. John also has a highly successful track record in real estate development, most notably the Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront Promenade. In addition, John is a minority Owner of the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association. As an avid lifelong sports fan, John was able to turn dream into reality. With such an extensive and diverse business background, John brings unique insight and perspective to all of his business dealings.
