John Killian has served as a member of the board of directors since January 2011. Killian was Executive Vice President for Verizon and served as Verizon’s Chief Financial Officer from March 2009 through October 2010.
Prior to becoming CFO, Killian was President of Verizon Business from October 2005 until March 2009, the Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of Verizon Telecom from June 2003 until October 2005, and the Senior Vice President and Controller of Verizon Telecom from April 2002 until June 2003.
Killian serves on the board of directors at ConEdison Inc. and is a Chairman of the Board of Providence College. Killian brings extensive financial expertise to the board, as well as significant management and leadership experience.
