John Polchin is the Managing Director of Imagen. Prior to joining Imagen, John concluded a 25+ year career as an entrepreneur, board member and CFO of public and private companies. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer of EagleView Technology Corporation, a leading geospatial and data analytics concern where he navigated the company through
massive organic scale, several acquisitions, and lastly the successful exit to a large PE firm. His background includes prior executive roles within the information services, software, and financial technology sectors, which include managing the completion of over $3B in corporate financings and M&A transactions.
John holds a BA in economics from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vioguard, BaseMap and ioCurrents, with prior directorships at Intelligence Insights and California Pacific Airlines. John remains an active Springboard Business Advisor with San Diego-based CONNECT (a not-for-profit group promoting technology entrepreneurship).
