John Ryan is the chief legal officer for Level 3 Communications. He is responsible for Level 3’s legal and regulatory functions worldwide.
Mr. Ryan has worked in roles supporting Level 3’s customer contracting and vendor contracting since 1999 and led Level 3’s public policy group from 2005 until 2010. Prior to his tenure at Level 3, Mr. Ryan
