Jonathan C. Kim is the Founder and Managing Partner of RBP Singapore. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the platform and all its investment activities. Mr. Kim also sits on the Board of Directors of Redbadge Pacific. Jonathan is also the Founding Principal of Miya Capital, a multi-family investment platform that focuses on
Real Estate and Venture Capital Investments in the U.S. and Asia, and the Founding Partner of Arrow Venture Partners. Previously, Mr. Kim was on the Acquisitions team at Hersha Hospitality Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on NYSE, where he acquired over US$750 million of assets across the U.S. Prior to Hersha, Mr. Kim consulted and appraised hospitality real estate for HVS Global based in New York and was on the Financial Investment Team for Jumeirah Group in New York.
Mr. Kim received a B.S. from New York University and currently serves on New York University’s Board of Trustees and President’s Global Council. He is also an Adjunct Professor and on the Advisory Board for New York University’s Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, a Vice President and Board Member of New York University Alumni Association and a Committee Member of New York University’s YALC (Young Alumni Leadership Circle). Mr. Kim also serves on the Korean American Community Foundation’s Associate Board.
