Jonathan Cole has been deeply involved in the New World Angels, Inc.'s strategy and expansion over 30 years, founding the its Palm Beach office in 1981 and the Ft. Lauderdale office in 2001 and leading its Private Equity Practice Group for over a decade until 2002. He has 35 years experience with venture capital, leveraged acquisitions, and emerging technology companies, particularly in optical and wireless networks, software, biotech and life sciences, and information technology.
Jonathan Cole has experience in venture capital and private equity investments, start-up and early stage business organization, corporate and other business acquisitions and restructurings including leveraged buyouts, shareholder and investor relations, and co-sale arrangements. He serves as a Director of New World Angels, Inc. and Myxer, Inc. He serves as a Director of Garden of Life, Inc. and Crossbow Ventures Inc. He serves as a Member of National/Southern Association of Small Business Investment Companies.He served as Director of The Florida Venture Forum, Inc.
