Jose has 30 years leadership experience in a variety of professional and entrepreneurial roles, and has owned and operated several small businesses, worked and consulted with small, mid-size and Fortune 100 multi-billion dollar companies.
Jose grew up in Southern California and earned a B.S. in Management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of
Management where he studied under Peter Senge, author of the Fifth Discipline; and a B.S. Chemical Engineering. Jose’s passion for life-long learning and interest in the thought leadership of Peter Drucker led Jose to Claremont Graduate University, Peter F. Drucker School of Management, where he earned a Masters in Management with a concentration in Strategy & Leadership. Jose’s experience as a Management Consultant, Executive Business Coach, Entrepreneur and Corporate Manager gives Jose a unique blend of skills that enable him to effectively lead, grow and transform businesses of any size into cutting edge Learning Organizations. When not busy on work you will find Jose on the Racquetball court.
