Joseph G. Licata, Jr. has served as a director of Sanmina since August 2007. Since April 2014, he has been Operating Partner—Private Equity, of BlueArc Capital Management. From January 2011 until April 2014, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Leadership, LLC, a firm specializing in Board and CEO advisory services in the areas of
corporate and growth strategy, sales, performance improvement, operational full potential and customer value creation, a company which he also founded. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Peopleclick Authoria, Inc., a vendor of human resources process management software and services, from April 2010 through November 2010.
