Joe brings the company over 25 years of experience in the software and services industry. Prior to Bluenog, Joe served as chairman and CEO of NCT, Inc., a networking connectivity services provider, which was acquired by Black Box Network Services Corporation in 2008. Joe has also served as CEO of Seranin Software, a privately held business process
software company based in Dallas; president and COO of QueryObject Systems Corporation, an AMEX-traded global business intelligence software company; CEO of MIS USA, a German-based company where he was responsible for gaining global recognition and introducing the first solution for collaborative analytical processing (which contributed to MIS becoming one of the most successful IPOs on the German Market); and Momentum Software Corporation, a middleware company, which he successfully sold to Level 8 Systems. Joe also spent eight years at Computer Associates where he held various senior executive sales positions. He holds an AB degree in economics from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and sits on the board of Orion HealthCorp in Atlanta.
