Josh originally joined Weston Presidio in 2002 as an associate and rejoined the Firm in 2006 after completing business school. Prior to joining Weston Presidio, Josh worked in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney in their Financial Sponsors Group where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, high-yield financings, and equity offerings. Josh
serves on the Board of Directors of Edge Systems, Too Faced Holdings and Xenon Arc and is currently involved in Weston Presidio’s investments in AMC Entertainment, DISYS, Fender Musical Instruments Corp., Flynn Restaurant Group, MacDermid, Purcell Systems and Robbins Bros. Jewelry investments. Josh earned his B.A. from the University of California and his M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
