Joyce Aboussie is the CEO of Aboussie & Associates and its associated company, Telephone Contact Inc. Ms. Aboussie founded her companies in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2004 and 1986, respectively.
Aboussie & Associates is a comprehensive consulting, research, and information integration firm. For over 30 years, Joyce Aboussie and her team have
provided managed research and strategic communication plans for clientele within corporate, nonprofit, and political organizations. Clients work with Aboussie & Associates to assess the extent to which their existing communications align with the priorities of their audience markets, as well as measuring the impact of their existing messaging strategies.
The sister company of Aboussie & Associates, Telephone Contact Inc., operates as a market research, consulting, and data management company. Through Telephone Contact Inc., Ms. Aboussie utilizes her political expertise to bring a campaign-style approach to corporate clients.
Beyond her roles as a founder and CEO, Joyce Aboussie has made significant contributions to politics as a strategist and consultant. She began her political career in 1977 and has remained actively involved ever since. Her professional accomplishments include serving as National Political Director for Congressman Dick Gephardt and participating on the national finance boards of several presidential candidates, such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris.
A dedicated advocate of philanthropic support, Joyce Aboussie has been involved with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for over 40 years. In 1983, she became the youngest person ever elected to the National Boards of Directors and Governors of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In 2006, Ms. Aboussie became the first woman to be elected Chairperson of ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Board of Directors. She continues to serve on the board today.
