Joyce Roche was President and Chief Executive Officer of Girls Incorporated (a national nonprofit research, education, and advocacy organization in New York, New York) from 2000 until her retirement in 2010.
Roche was an independent marketing consultant from 1998 to 2000. She was President and Chief Operating Officer of Carson, Inc. from 1996
to 1998 and Executive Vice President of Global Marketing of Carson, Inc. from 1995 to 1996.
Prior to that, Roche held various senior marketing positions, including Vice President of Global Marketing for Avon Products, Inc. from 1993 to 1994.
Roche received her B.A. in math education from Dillard University and earned her M.B.A. in marketing from Columbia University.
