Mr. Juan F. Mini co-founded ZipRealty, Inc in 1999. Since January 2003, Mr. Mini has been Managing Director of Constructora Apolo, a real estate development company. He is a director of Iverson Financial Corporation. In 2008, Mr. Mini founded Campus Tec, the first technology park in the region which is considered to be the “Silicon Valley” of
Guatemala. He joined the board of Real Estate Community Pulse, Inc. d.b.a. zavvie in 2015. Mr. Mini also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, a Masters of Science degree in engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Cornell University.
