Since co-founding erecruit in 2009, Judd has helped "Fastest Growing", "Best Places to Work" and "Best of Staffing"
firms consolidate operations into one platform enabling them to grow revenues and profits, while gaining more control over business success.
Prior to erecruit, Judd was the founder and managing partner of Hoffman Recruiters, where he successfully led the growth and sale of his multi-divisional staffing firm. He also served as a consultant for Myers-Holum, implementing the Computer Associates ERP software suite at client corporations throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Judd received his B.S. in Engineering from Harvard University.
