As CEO of Midaxo, I work with scaling a global SaaS platform used by corporate development teams and advisors to manage complex M&A processes. My focus is on strengthening the product, accelerating commercial growth and building a high-performing international organization. Previously I served as CEO of Nordkap, a SaaS company that became the
market leader within its segment in the Nordic real estate sector, serving many of the largest publicly listed property companies in Sweden. Together with the team we built a stable and trusted platform with exceptionally strong customer satisfaction. My career has been centered around scaling SaaS companies, building strong commercial organizations and navigating complex ownership and governance environments. I have worked closely with founders, investors and boards to move companies through critical phases of growth, restructuring and strategic repositioning. Alongside my executive work, I am engaged in board work, entrepreneurship and public affairs, with a strong interest in how businesses, institutions and communities create long-term value.
