Kumarakulasingam ("Suri") Suriyakumar co-founded the Company in 1989 and has served as ARC Document Solutions’ President and Chief Executive Officer since June 1, 2007. He served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 1991 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. On July 24, 2008, Mr. Suriyakumar was
appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Suriyakumar was employed with Aitken Spence & Co. LTD, a highly diversified conglomerate and one of the five largest corporations in Sri Lanka.
