As CTO and co-founder of SeatBoost, Karl Goetz solves for the technological issues that arise in creating, deploying, and optimizing the SeatBoost platform in a multinational environment. With over 20 years in the field, his experience ranges from leading small to large engineering teams to various C-level executive leadership roles.
Karl’s main
focus at SeatBoost is on overcoming the challenges that stem from building a localized and distributed product for users around the globe regardless of their location or level of technology. Each country brings nuances in auction use and subtle differences in the way SeatBoost is understood by the user. Karl and his team pay careful attention to these variances to ensure SeatBoost produces a superior product that best suits those needs.
Prior to SeatBoost, Karl founded GHR where he created automated digital publishing systems for over 30 clients, and served as the MIS Director for Key Method, a leading medical software company. Karl majored in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science at St. Thomas College in Saint Paul, MN.
