Karthik joined NEA in 2015 as an Associate and is focused on investments in the technology sector. Prior to joining NEA, Karthik was a member of the Technology Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. While at CS, Karthik worked on a number of M&A and capital market transactions in the enterprise software and infrastructure
spaces for companies like Intel, Riverbed, and Infor. Prior to Credit Suisse, Karthik co-founded Crowdquest, a platform for connecting college students with local vendors that expanded to multiple campuses nationwide. Karthik graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he conducted published research on nanoscale memory devices. He earned his MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Materials Science & Engineering.
