Kathryn A. Roland, Venture Partner, joined the Oak Minneapolis office in 2002 on a part-time basis after 18 years of experience working with retail and services businesses. Her functional expertise includes strategic planning, acquisitions, new business development, market analysis, and retail site selection. Through both corporate positions and
consulting engagements, Kathy has worked with a variety of retailers, from venture-backed start-ups to major corporations such as Target and Marshall Fields. Kathy received her BA from Carleton College and her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
