Ms. Henry has over 15 years of senior level finance and operations experience covering mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and corporate finance with high growth start-ups and large high-tech companies. Prior to joining Phononic, she served as Chief Financial Officer at SkyCross, Inc., a multinational RF solutions company, where she
worked extensively in China and Korea supporting the company’s growth strategy. Ms. Henry also served as corporate controller and treasurer of AuthenTec, Inc., a semiconductor company focused on biometric fingerprint solutions for handheld and personal computing markets, where she was instrumental in the successful completion of its initial public offering in June 2007. Ms. Henry created and led Intersil Corporation’s worldwide outsourced manufacturing organization in which she developed key strategic partnerships which contributed significant cost savings to the company. In addition, she held various business unit controller positions where she targeted and led several M&A related activities and supported its highly successful IPO in 2000. Ms. Henry earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rollins College.
