Ken has over 18 years of experience in software development in a wide range of industries. He has over 9 years of experience specifically in developing software for the restaurant industry, focusing on point-of-sale software, backoffice applications, and data interfaces between external systems. A Massachusetts native, he completed his BS and MS
degrees in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additionally, he earned his MBA from Webster University. Ken began developing an open source solution for restaurants in an effort to create a new model for restaurant IT infrastructure built on the principles of the open source community. In 2014, he teamed up with Brian to form Well Done with a shared vision of bridging the gap between “Big POS” and tablet POS solutions.
