Kenneth J. Bacon*, 58, has served as a director since November 2002. Mr. Bacon has been a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at RailField Partners, a financial advisory and asset management firm, since his retirement from Fannie Mae in March 2012, where he had served as the Executive Vice President of the multifamily mortgage business since July 2005.
From January 2005 to July 2005, he served as the interim Executive Vice President of Housing and Community Development. He attended Harvard Business School, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and Stanford University.
