Kent E. Dicks is CEO and Founder of Life365 an innovative digital health platform for connected care at home, based in Tempe, AZ. Previously Kent was CEO and Founder of MedApps, a remote health monitoring solution, which he guided from startup in 2006 to acquisition by a $3 billion rapid diagnostic manufacturer in 2012. After acquisition, he
continued to lead the company as a new Connected Health division until 2015. His 30+ years of business experience also includes founding a successful information technology and engineering staffing firm that was acquired in 2008, prior to that he held positions at American Express and Texas Instruments as a lead consultant and programmer. In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Mr. Dicks has advocated the value of connected health technology through media interviews and industry panel discussions. He has also authored numerous articles, white papers, and provided testimony before Congress as a mobile health expert. Additionally, Kent participates in a range of initiatives that support Arizona’s startup community. Kent is a graduate of Arizona State University. He was named 2017 Healthcare Innovator of the Year by AZ Big Media and 2017 Healthcare Innovator by AZ Business Magazine.
