Kevin joined Pong Research in January of 2011. Prior to Pong, Kevin was a partner in Harvest Equity Partners, LLC in Middleburg, Virginia—a $60M private equity management and advisory firm.
From 1999 until 2005, Kevin served as Vice President, General Counsel and COO of TRADOS Incorporated, a software company with 9 worldwide offices.
TRADOS
was backed by Microsoft and Sequoia Capital, and was acquired by SDL plc for $60 million.
Kevin helped to transform the company from a desktop license outfit to an enterprise software player providing “global information services” and “multi-lingual content management” solutions to Fortune 500 customers.
Kevin was formerly Senior Counsel International at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in Washington, and previously maintained his own boutique corporate finance practice in the Pittsburgh area.
Kevin was graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1986, and from Saint Vincent College in 1983 with a major in Philosophy and minor in Ancient Languages.
Kevin has remained an active member of various business organizations and networks, including as a director of various private companies and charities as well as on the executive committee of Saint Vincent College.
Kevin’s interests include travel, reading, skiing, golf and music. Kevin and his wife live in Middleburg, Virginia and have three children.
