Mr. Kevin Thomas Ferro serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Vatera Holdings Llc at Pearl Therapeutics Inc. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Ferro Capital LLC.

Mr. Ferro built and ran the highly regarded Alternative Investment Strategies Group at Commerzbank, where he created and managed a series of funds-of-hedge funds for individual and institutional investors around the world. He served as Global Head of Alternative Investments at Commerzbank AG. Mr. Ferro and his team created and managed the innovative COMAS Series for German investors and are widely recognized as having introduced the first hedge fund Certificate, “COMAS I,” in Germany in February 2000.

Mr. Ferro is the Chairman of Ferro Capital LLC, and has been a Chairman of Arisaph Pharmaceuticals, Inc since March 2007 and its Director since 2005. He serves as a Director for ImmusanT, Inc. and Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Ferro served as a Director of Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc since July 29, 2004. He served as a Non Executive Director of Eltrak SA until December 07, 2010.
