Kevin Weschler is the founder and CEO of Fuego Shoes, the world's best dance sneaker. He noticed a void in the dance shoe market when he saw a need for a lightweight, fashionable dance shoe that would transition from the dancefloor to streetwear. Fuego Shoes are made with vegan materials and help dancers move on any surface.
After studying
international business at a school in Barcelona, Spain, Kevin Weschler studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida before earning his MBA at the Wharton School of Business. This varied background has given Kevin a valuable range of knowledge that has served him well in all of his pursuits.
Fuego Shoes wasn't Kevin Weschler's first venture into entrepreneurship. While still in school, Kevin founded 2 College Brothers Moving and Storage. Over the course of two years, he grew the business to a point where it expanded to three Florida cities, after which the company was acquired and Kevin moved on to the next step in his career journey.
Kevin Weschler worked for Deloitte in New York for three years as a management consultant. During his time with the firm, he focused on assisting private equity and Fortune 500 companies in acquiring and merging businesses. His expertise includes various areas such as operations management, risk management, and business process improvement.
Due to his passion for entrepreneurship and the success of his brand, Kevin Weschler has been featured in various media outlets such as Forbes, The Ellen Show, and REDx Magazine. He has also been praised for the revolutionary features of his company's dance shoes, featuring dual pivot points that reduce injury risk while spinning and pivoting.
