Previously, Mr. Amiouni founded Equity Partners in 2002. Equity Partners developed into a leading placement agent for corporate investments, real estate investments and hedge funds into the Middle East. Prior to this, Mr. Amiouni was a private banker with Merrill Lynch in Bahrain, where he was ranked first in asset gathering in the Middle East.
Prior to this, Mr. Amiouni, at various stages of his professional career, held positions at International Investor, Kuwait, (B.A.I.I.), Paris, Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith, Paris and Bank of America, San Francisco, California.
Mr. Amiouni is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He has a B.S. in Economics from University of San Francisco which included a year of studies at University of California at Berkeley.
