Kim Tremblay is the SVP Strategy and Co-Founder at Arctic Wolf where she focuses on product direction, business strategy, and key projects. She combines more than 25 years of experience, including 10 years with Blue Coat Systems, initially leading the web security gateway team, holding various R&D management positions, and as WW VP of
engineering managing five sites in NA and Europe. Kim was part of the senior management team for company strategy creating the industry’s leading web proxy platform.
Kim has also held director of engineering and project management roles in a wide variety of industries including Air Traffic Control, Defense Systems, Aerospace, and Software Configuration management. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in math and computer science from the University of Waterloo.
