Kiril is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of FCM. Kiril oversees all legal aspects of fund operation, including deal structuring, negotiation of investments, documentation and monitoring the performance of external counsel. He reviews the investment process and monitors the due diligence of investments, as well as the investments
themselves. Kiril is a member of the Investment Committee. Kiril is also responsible for investor relations and fundraising.
Kiril is over 17 years qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong. In addition to his legal qualifications, Kiril also holds a Master’s degree in Transport Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kiril was a Chartered Marine Engineer. With extensive experience in both industrial and legal fields, Kiril plays a key role in our investment process.
Kiril is licensed by HKSFC to carry out regulated activity of Type 9 :Asset Management.
