Kristi M. Rogers is the managing director of Federal Government Affairs and Public Policy for Manatt, Phelps & Phillips. Rogers has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, program management, corporate leadership, crisis communication and executive level problem solving in the defense and homeland security sectors,
as well as senior executive service in the U.S. Government.
Prior to joining Manatt, Rogers served in multiple senior leadership roles, including president, CEO and vice chair of the board of directors at Aegis Defense Services, LLC, a risk management and private security company. Before joining Aegis, Rogers was assistant commissioner of public affairs for U.S. Customs & Border Protection, and has served in Iraq as Ambassador L. Paul Bremer's strategic communications liaison to his cabinet of senior advisors, and as the director of strategic communications in the press office of the Coalition Provisional Authority. She also held several senior positions within federal government offices, including Department of Transportation and Small Business Administration.
