Lal realised his passion for design and visual communications after his first experience utilising the Adobe Photoshop software when he was only twelve.
After four years learning how to use the Adobe Suite both in class at school and from magazines online , Lal left high school to pursue the study of design full time; attending TAFE, and
later, university.
Over the last four years Lal has been working as a freelancer. During this time Lal has produced multimedia and promotional content work for some of Sydney’s largest events and nightclubs; including the Greenwood Hotel, Chinese Laundry, and Home the Venue.
In addition to his freelance work, Lal also worked in-house for Your Shot, one of Australia's most exciting DJ programs as their lead visual designer. Lal brings several years of experience to the Gecko team.
