Lance Kwasniewski has over 25 years of leadership experience within the construction, industrial equipment, and services industries. Lance’s career with Belcan has spanned 20 years of progressively increasing responsibility, advancing from business development, central services management, and general management to senior leadership positions
across multiple divisions, consistently driving and producing exceptional business outcomes. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). Lance holds a BA in Business/Communications and a Master of Business Administration, and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Program.
