Lars Ekstrom is a founder and managing member of Augeo Advisors, LLC, which specializes in advising on private mergers and acquisitions transactions. Lars' clients have been primarily entrepreneurial business owners spanning a wide array of industries including advertising, marketing, entertainment, media, as well as businesses servicing
these industries. Prior to starting his own firm, he was a managing director with Lazard Middle Market and its predecessor, Goldsmith Agio Helms, where he co-founded and led the company’s Los Angeles practice. Lars received a MBA degree (highest honors) with concentrations in marketing and finance from the University of Southern California, and a BA degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Lars is a registered FINRA representative holding Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses, and a certified public accountant.
