Intent on finding a way to use today’s technology to spread joy and bring family and friends closer together, Laura created VideoFizz. The mobile application makes it easy to create group video greetings by connecting people near or far. The app automatically combines all video clips acquired by the platform into a high definition production
complete with music and themed animations.
Laura has over 15 years of leadership experience and a history of building high-functioning teams in multiple successful biotechnology start-ups. Most recently, Laura was Commercial Leader for two GE businesses, a genomic sequencing company in Houston and an oncology clinical trials business in Orange County, California. Laura left GE a year ago to focus on building the team necessary to launch the VideoFizz mobile platforms and to participate in the Pipeline Entrepreneurial Fellowship Program in Kansas City. When not at work, Laura is intent on keeping sand between her toes, juggling parenthood, and travelling the world with her husband and three children.
