Lawrence Lacerte has been a member of our Board of Directors since October 1999. Since July 1998, Lawrence has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Exponent Technologies, Inc., a company specializing in technology and Internet-related ventures.
Prior to that time, Lawrence was the founder, Chairman of the Board
of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Lacerte Software Corp., which was sold to Intuit Corporation in June 1998.
