Lawrence A. Zimmerman has been a director since November 2009. He is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Xerox Corporation, a position he held from June 2002 until April 2011.
He joined Xerox as CFO in 2002 after retiring from IBM. A 31-year employee of IBM, Zimmerman held senior executive positions including Vice President
of Finance for IBM’s Europe, Middle East and Africa operations, and Corporate Controller.
Zimmerman received a B.S. in finance from New York University in 1965 and an MBA from Adelphi University in 1967.
Zimmerman brings to the Board of Directors significant experience leading the finance organization of a large global company, and contributes financial, risk management, and strategy expertise.
