Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EarthLink Holdings Corp., from March 2000 to April 2004 and served as Chief Administrative Officer from May 2002 to April 2004. Prior to his tenure at EarthLink, Adrean served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Data Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, from May 1995 to February 2000. He served as President of Providian Corporation Agency Group (a division of Providian Corporation) from August 1993 to April 1995. He served as a Vice President of Bain & Company. Prior to that, Adrean served Chief Financial Officer of Providian Corporation and held various positions with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company (now KPMG). He has been an Independent Director of Vantiv, Inc. since March 21, 2012 and West Corporation since March 13, 2014. Adrean holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bucknell University.
