Mr. Tokar has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients' unique needs. Mr. Tokar is responsible for driving company operations to ensure that business processes are efficient and effective. At Exigen, he served as a Director of the Board since 2000 and was responsible for delivery of client implementation
on-value and on-time. Prior to Exigen, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax, responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
