Leslie A. Danziger is a founder of LightPath Technologies Inc. and a co-inventor of the first two LightPath patents. Ms. Danziger Co-founded Solaria Corporation (alternate name is Solaria, Inc.). She provided consulting services to LightPath until October 1999 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to April 1998, and President from
August 1995 to October 1997. She served as a partner and executive officer of predecessors of LightPath from 1985 until incorporation of LightPath. She served as Executive Vice President of COS, Inc., from 1974 to 1979 and Arctic Communications Corporation from 1979 to 1982. In 1997, Leslie spun out Lightchip, Inc. to develop dense wavelength division multiplexing systems for the telecom industry, and served as its original Chief Executive Officer. She served as chairwoman of Solaria, Inc. and served as Chairwoman, of LightPath since June 1992. She has been Director of LightPath since its incorporation in June 1992. She served as Director of Solaria, Inc. Ms. Danziger attended the University of Texas.
