Lisa Albrecht most recently served as a Manager, Human Resources at EMCORE Corporation. In this role, Ms. Albrecht managed corporate HR activities including life cycle recruiting, HR information systems, training, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
In addition, Ms. Albrecht was a key member of the team leading the
integration of the acquired assets of Intel’s Optical Platform Division into Emcore’s Fiber Optics division.
Prior to joining EMCORE, Ms. Albrecht worked for three different venture-funded start-up companies in various operational roles.
In addition to her start-up experience, Ms. Albrecht held operational roles at both Honeywell and Nextel Communications.
Ms. Albrecht has an MBA from The University of New Mexico.
