Liz is a partner at Fox Rothschild. She focuses her practice on business, finance and securities transactions, including private placements, public offerings, secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and a wide variety of general corporate work.
Liz co-chairs the firm’s Franchising Group and is also a member of the Securities
Group and Technology & Venture Finance Group. Liz serves as a Board Member of Doylestown Hospital as well as The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown, PA.
Liz received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. cum laude from Yale College.
