Prior to her current position, Ms. Shoff was CEO, Global Animal Health and Strategic Partnership Group. Under Ms. Shoff's leadership, Henry Schein's animal health business expanded to 19 countries, with 2015 annual sales of approximately $2.9 billion.
Ms. Shoff was previously President of the Henry Schein Global Healthcare Specialties Group, a position she held since joining the company in September 2009. In this position, Ms. Shoff directed Henry Schein Global Dental Specialties; Henry Schein Global Exclusive Brands; Henry Schein's North American and International dental hand piece repair businesses; and a growing portfolio of joint ventures.
Prior to joining Henry Schein, Ms. Shoff was with Roche Diagnostics, where she held a series of increasingly responsible positions in the United States and Switzerland over the past 20 years, most recently, as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Applied Science.
Ms. Shoff is a member of the Board of Directors for the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Association.
She earned a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Purdue University and attended graduate school for Genetics at Temple University.
